Where can I get my Mauboussin jewelry repaired?
We invite you to go to the store of your purchase ideally or to any other Mauboussin store, with your certificate of authenticity / warranty card, so that our teams can assess your jewelry and offer you a solution.

Where can I deposit my product for after-sales service?
We invite you to go to one of our stores to drop off your item and our teams will take charge of your item for repair if it is under warranty or for a quote if necessary.
What is the warranty for Mauboussin jewelry and watches?
All our jewelry and our watches are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
An authenticity / warranty card with the date of your purchase and serial number of the purchased item is delivered to you with your jewelry or watch. We invite you to go to a Mauboussin boutique to have your jewel or watch checked if it has a defect.
Can I have my jewelry engraved?
It is possible to engrave your Mauboussin ring inside the ring, if its width allows it.
