Can I exchange my Mauboussin jewelry if the item doesn’t suit me (size, color, model)?

For any online order, you have 30 days from receipt of the package to request an exchange if the jewelry has not been worn. In your customer area, select your order and request a return. Our services will quickly validate your request so that you can download your return slip if the deadline is met.
On the return slip, please indicate the reason for this exchange (size, color or model to change). You will have to return the article to us quickly with its label attached and intact, with the printed return slip, by Post office in declared value, to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will assess the jewel and if it is intact, we will exchange it. If it has defects, repair costs will be incurred.


Can I return my Mauboussin item and be reimbursed?

For any online order, you have 14 days of withdrawal to request a refund if the ordered product has not been worn. In your customer area, select your order and request a return. Our services will validate your request so that you can download your return slip if the deadline is met.
You will have to return the article to us quickly with its seal attached and in perfect condition, with the printed return slip, by the post office in declared value, to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will assess the product and if it is intact, we will refund it completely. If it has defects, repair costs will be incurred. Your refund will be effective within a maximum of 3 weeks.
Please note, for purchases made in our physical store, we do not issue a refund.


How long does it take to be reimbursed?

After analyzing your item and if it is compliant, we will reimburse you within 30 days.
